Very informative and kind whenever I bring in my two cats. Answers all questions I have and always cleans their ears and clips their nails for free. Very clearly loves and cares for animals.

Awful!! Careless! They even argue with a customer reviewing a negative experience via google!! Unprofessional !

THE WORSE SERVICE! HEARTLESS! My family dog was very old and after months of saying to one another, she will get better - she will get better we make the decision, we finally decided we needed to put her at peace. I scheduled an appointment here. I was a few minutes late to my appointment because the company's GPS directions led us to a different location. I had forgotten my cell phone at home - 45 minutes away. (It was obviously an emotional day) so I was unable to call. When I got there a very large woman (I use this information for description purposes only since she would not give her name) was VERY nasty and heartless to me and my family. When I walked in she was in the middle of arguing with another customer as well! When she got to me I explained my situation. Another nurse told me she would check and see if the vet could get me in (it takes minutes to put a dog to sleep...) before the other woman even got back the heavy woman came up to me and told me that I was late and could not be seen in a very rude tone. Needless to say I LEFT and went to a place IN GOLD BEACH and got the procedure done with really KIND employees and FOR HALF THE COST. DONT GO TO BROOKINGS HARBOR save yourself some emotion stress and GO TO TOWN AND COUNTRY ANIMAL CLINIC IN GOLD BEACH. Its worth the extra 30 minutes if you do happen to live in brookings. In gold beach they we VERY kind to me and completely understood how hard this was on me and my family and even took me THAT DAY!

Heartless. Not considerate of people's feelings. Knowing that your family pet is going to be put out of pain and still can't accommodate us being late since it was our first time there and we got lost. They made a sad day even worse and I would never recommend this vet to anyone. Luckily we found another vet that was willing to help make this transition less painful.

my dog had old sutures removed the doctor did not remove all of them and the infection came back when I asked him to pay for the second surgery that is required he told me that he would not pay for it.the bill was $450 I was $30 short and they would not let me have my dog back old man in the waiting room gave me the $30 just so I can have my dog back it was the worst experience that I have ever had go to town and country that hospital is kind caring and compassionate Brookings Harbor clinic veterinarian office is the worst veterinarian office in oregon
