This was our third time shopping at this store. Our shopping experience in the past & present has been so pleasant. The employees are outstanding, friendly, helpful & always a smile on their faces. We want to especially say thank you to two individuals Rod & Linda for their outstanding efforts in helping us find all of the products we needed for our Christmas shopping list for our 6 grand children. They both went above & beyond finding the products we needed . Linda & Ron are an asset to your store. Thank you so much for all of their help in making the start of our Christmas shopping a fun time . Also to see the smiles on our grand children's faces when they receive these Christmas gifts.

Be very cautious if you are shopping here with a gift card. I went in with a $50 gift card, the employee at the register swiped it and told me there was nothing on it. I asked her to swipe it again as I just put $50 on it at Speedway, she reluctantly did said there was nothing on it again and was about to slide it in the cash register coupon slot before another employee told her to punch in the numbers on the card. I again told her that I just put $50 on it and that if it was not working I would need the card back to go back to Speedway and correct the issue. When she keyed in the card number my $5 purchase went through with no issues, she put my gift card into the coupon slot of the cash drawer, and handed me my receipt. I told her that I was going to need the gift card back as there should still be at least $44 and change on it. With attitude, she opened the drawer, grabbed a gift card, and said here. I asked how do I know it's mine and she rolled her eyes at me and said to look at the receipt. At this time I requested a manager to confirm I was given the correct gift card back and said to the manager loud enough for all to hear that I believed, the only reason for this employee to do what she did, was that she was trying to steal money from me. I also recommended the manager check for any other used gift cards in her drawer to see if they have a balance on them as typically when a gift card is empty they throw it in the garbage, not the coupon drawer. The manager said she would have a talk with the employee and as I walked out the employee was still on the register checking out customers.

Never Will Order From them Again....

I have tried calling 1-262-797-8577 like 10 times today. I was hung up on a few times and then waiting and waiting listening christmas music and still no one has answered. Seriously I just want to ask one simple question. I am calling the wrong number or is it just bad costumer service? I am getting very irrated.
