        As trained medical professionals, our dedication to maintaining a safe environment through rigorous infection control procedures is at our core.         Overall

        This place had some bad reviews 3-4 years ago, but they seem to have turned things around. The staff was very friendly and the debit was great. Billing seemed to be straightened out as well. Just call your insurance to make sure they are in network before you go in.

        I totally agreed with the prev...

        I totally agreed with the previous review. Although, I liked the dentists, the staff are rude and customer service is non-existing. Their billing process has much to be desired. I asked the office to reevaluate the code on my insurance claim. Without informing me they changed the coding and my bill was increased by double the initial cost, with no change to my initial treatment plan.

        Worst Dental Office Ever!!

        Please do not go to Forward Dental for your dental care. They have horrible billing practices and the WORST customer service you can imagine. Office staff is extremely rude and have little idea what they are doing.
