Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Choose to be argumentative. Could have resolved the issue relatively easily and inexpensively, but instead opted to take a hard stance against the customer. This is odd to me...not how I role or how anyone should handle customer service issues.

Buy elsewhere.

On June 18th 2015, I purchased a 2002 BMW R1150RT motorcycle from Don and Roy's Cycle Shop Inc of Brookfield. With limited knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, I asked numerous questions to salesman Paul *********** about the motorcycle and what was performed on the motorcycle. Paul said they do not warrant used motorcycles, but that their maintenance team was very experienced and that every aspect of the motorcycle had been gone through with a fine toothed comb. On our first long trip at highway speeds of 70 MPH for approximately one hour, the BMW's clutch failed to change gears or even enter neutral. Creating a hazard for my son, we switched motorcycles and I was barely able to drive it 4 additional miles to a motorcycle dealership. Upon inspection, the dealership saw that the clutch fluid was dark and had not been changed for at least a decade. Upon removing the cover from the reservoir, a razor blade was found in the reservoir. Fine tooth comb was just a flat out lie.

Very happy on all ends of our experience purchasing our ATV. Excited to pick it up. All the guys have been very helpful. Would highly recommended them.

Bought my first street bike from them on July 6th. Although they were busy My first wevice was still able to be squeezed in! They were also able to check out my bike and make a quick adjustment for me twice!



Had the bike for 50 days and put on 2,800 miles, no complaints.

A very professional business with a lot of knowledgeable and friendly employees. The services they have done for my bike have been done extremely well and I trust them to do the work perfectly. I don't think you could find a better place locally to have service done or order parts. They are the best around.

To whom it may concern, With my main dealership closing in Racine I had to locate another Dealer in the area. I had done research and found that Don & Roy's was the best of them all. And with my experience talking with Zak from parts taking the time to fine the pipe and under tail kit i wanted then turning it over to Scott from service, I can honestly say that I have never worked and been treated so professionally in my 20 yrs. plus as a rider. Again thank you both Scott and Zak. I will pass the word

Drove 3 hrs to purchase a Yamaha Super Tenere from Don & Roy`s because they took the time to answer questions and truly cared about a potential customer. Looked at the same bike at a" Superstore" dealer 15 mins from my home and the salesman couldn't give a rip that I was there and didn`t know anything about the bike. I value a business that appreciates my patronage. I will drive 3 hrs each way for service in the future. These guys deserve your business!

I have a jetski that wasn't starting. I called and unfortunately it was going to take a week to get it fixed.....we needed it in 3 days! I was told to bring it in and they would do their best to look at it and see what they could do. That right there impressed me that they would do that for us......but it got better!! I brought it in and Bill went out immediately to look at it for us. He figured out what was wrong, did a few things and 15 mns later we were on our way with a working jet ski!! I was happy that they told me that they would do their best to take a look at it considering how busy they are, but Bill went out of his way to help us immediately!! Needless to say I will be bringing ALL of my business there.....and tell my friends and family!! THANK YOU BILL!! You have no idea what you did for my family!

We have always been able to find parts here for our motorcycle and they are very fairly priced. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful when I go in for my husband.

Bought a bike and had it shipped to Tyler Texas for a great price and I love it. When I'm riding everyone stares. If you want to get hooked up holla at Jake and he will take care of you.

I just recently purchased a UTV here. The salesman Jake took the time to answer all my questions. I had been to other dealers and their sales people didn't seem very interested in selling to me. In the end the price was fair with no hidden costs and a smooth transaction.

Much better service than the dealer I bought my sea doo from.They got my wave runner fixed up in time for the 4th July weekend.

I had some major work done to my motorcycle that involved insurance work. The service staff worked with me and the insurance company and made a difficult situation very easy. The bike was fixed perfectly and was completed in a very short amount of time. The staff is awesome they went above and beyond to help out in my situation.....I will for sure be back for any future service and highly recommend to anyone!

I am an informed and exacting customer. I've had my 09 KLR in for a couple different things. Each time the service department showed their expertise by getting right to the issue and making absolute sure that I was satisfied. They were courtesy and conscientious. They have earned my repeat business and a solid recommendation.

Not only did this place have my boyfriends bike for 3 weeks, but when it was finally done, the same problem was wrong with the bike! We payed 500.00 for nothing to be fixed..and when we called to complain they said they would "see" if there was something that could be done!!! I would not recommend this place to take care of your bike!!! For problems such as a wheel bearing and carbs to be cleaned out...3 weeks...500.00.... never again will we take our bike here again!!!
