Computer Troubleshooters

I brought my computer to have information from my older computer transferred over. Aside from keeping it longer than promised when I logged on information was missing, which is what they were supposed to transfer. I struggled and then called them. They took over control and showed me where my missing files were; not where they should have been and when I asked about it the owner said he gave it to someone not familiar with the system I had. Instead of giving it to someone who knew what they were doing they gave it to a rookie. Settings were incorrect on my homepage, which indicated that I lived in Austin, Texas including the wrong time and date. I am still struggling to find my missing files. Don't get me started on my email account, which was gone. All the saved emails that were important are gone and I'm missing many email addresses. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. The owner hung up on me during one conversation because he didn't like my review of his business. This is a terribly unprofessional business and I urge you to stay away. There are too many other choices out there who would do a better job. I know this because I now have to take my computer over to Denna Computers, down the road, to fix the mess.
