Dr. Christopher Brown earned his bachelor’s degree at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Brown graduated first in his class from Boston University Medical School, in Boston, Massachusetts and went on to do an internship at St. Luke’s hospital in Denver, Colorado. He trained in ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which continues to be ranked in the top ten eye hospitals in the nation by US News and World Report.

He is fellowship-trained in the specialty of cornea by Dr. Jeff Couch, Kansas City, Missouri, performing over one hundred cases of LASIK in his fellowship year.

Cataract Surgery
We perform topical clear corneal cataract surgery, which reduces the operating and healing time compared to tradition surgical procedures, and usually offers almost immediate improvement in vision. Only drops are required to anesthetize the eye before a small incision is made in the cornea of the eye. The cataract is removed, and an artificial acrylic lens is inserted that unfolds inside the eye. We offer a variety of different intraocular lens options including premium multifocal, extended depth of focus, and toric lenses to provide you the best possible vision.

"Dr. Shah was amazing! She really took the time to understand the concerns with my eyes. She gave me a thorough eye exam even though in the end my prescription didn't change. Additionally I was feeling some pain in my eye and she took a look and saw that I had several clogged glands which are beginning stages of sties. The office is clean and the staff is wonderful. Internal Medicine
Dr. Deborah Lipson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She obtained her medical degree from The Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she was a member of the medical honors society. Dr. Lipson then completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in ophthalmology at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
