This place deserves no stars, but wont allow it so here is my review! BUYERS BEWARE of Kiamichi Chevrolet dealership in OK!!! I want to let people that this place is not a place you want to deal with! I dealt with the salesman Bob over the phone on a truck we found on autotrader because we was over 2 hours away! He seem to be a very polite and honest salesman over the phone when making a deal! Well he got everything approved and we just needed to come see the truck to make down payment for them to hold it until the papers could be signed! Anyway my son and I talk to Bob on the phone beforehand to reassure us there wasn't no dents in the truck before we made that long trip out there! Bob reassured us it didnt have no dents just few scratches that cold be buffed out! So my wife and I made the trip all the way down there to make the down payment and Bob even waited a little past 6 until we got there! We got there and to our surprise the truck had a big dent in the rear quarter panel, along with other small dent top of the bed! Well instantly Bob said he didnt even see it and I asked him could the women the drove it the night before done it, his reply was no, without hesitation! Hmmm I thought to myself, something isnt right here! Well I would have thought being such a good company and having good honest salesmen like there mission statement states in their webpage they would have worked with me since we just made a 2 1/2 hour trip expecting a truck that was mint condition like we was told before hand! Instead of working with us, Bob just put on the pressure telling me how he will sale it over the weekend if we dont put our money down on it! I couldnt believe we were so mislead into this sale, it not only cost us time and money, it also really hurt my sons faith in how businesses do things since this was going to be his first truck! I talked to the GM Jerry thinking something would get resolved and all he did was tell me they are selling the truck to someone else and thats just the way they do things their, then hung up on me(to make a long story short)! I reassured my son this is nothing but bad business and isnt the way a honest company does things! This post will probably get deleted but thank God we consumers have the internet to post and review our experiences with crooked companies so others wont get taken for a ride like we was! I made sure Jerry knew I was going to file complaints anywhere I could and he seemed to careless! I dont know about anyone else, but if I was owner I wouldnt have ppl like Jerry and Bob ruining my business like they are doing, because im sure since it didnt seem to bother them what they did to us, it isnt the first time they mislead ppl! So before you close a deal with this company, be sure you are getting what you are dealing for, because this just isnt the way a company should be ran!
