My husband went to get a tire repaired and saw a pickup he liked. Harold Story and Lee Goad have been very helpful with our Vera Cruz so he considered buying from Regional Hyundai again.

DON"T DO IT!
The finance manager did not verbally disclose key elements of the lease contract (disposition fee and type of contract). He did confirm (verbally) there is no disposition fee and the contract was a lease contract and not a balloon contract.
The staff is very nice before the deal is closed, but you will be in big trouble after the sale, or if there are any issues.Also, verbal agreements mean nothing unless it's in the contract!
Finance manager was extremely rude. The dealership did not return calls or made any efforts to resolve the issue, besides lying and offering a $100 goodwill via a reply to the BBB complaint. It seems there is nobody to talk to above the finance manager and the owner/president/ of the dealership is not available.
My complaint is registered with the BBB. I highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere, based on my own experience, or you should bring your lawyer to carefully review the contract and addendum and be a witness to everything is said pre-sale.
I was very excited initially to purchase a vehicle from them, however the finance manager convinced me not to do so in the future. I was extremely close to take legal action to dispute the contract.
I am still shocked of the whole situation and do not understand to this day why the finance manager can get away with this type of behavior. They went out of their way to provide the worst post-sale customer service. Even when they responded to the BBB complaint they were lying in their affirmations and were trying to put the blame on me, the customer.
My review can be confirmed, so please contact me for additional information if you have questions.
Note to: the dealership: unfair practices and misinformation will hurt your business in the long term. Instead of offending your customers with a $100 goodwill, you should provide better customer service, be truthful and responsive. We don't want goodwill!

Yes, overall, the experience was a good one. Our sales person maintained touch with me via text, email and phone calls. He was responsive and the negotiation of the deal was relatively painless.

I had a very good experience at Regional Hyundai. I searched the web for a good buy on a Elantra Coupe. I had emailed Colby and he answered questions and concerns. I met Colby at their lot and found just the right car. Colby gave needed information that I requested. At no time did I feel Colby was "pushy" during our meetings. I will refer Colby to my friend

Wife and I were given a very good deal on two brand new 2013 vehicles purchased during the same visit. The salesman (and various managers) we dealt with were all very pleasant. The facility itself is very nice and clean with plenty of amenities if you do end up having to spend any amount of time there while you negotiate about your automobile purchase.
My particular vehicle (color, options) was not immediately available, but I was not pressured into buying something else they had on hand. They went out of their way to search inventories in surrounding states, ended up finding my car at a dealership over 800 miles away, and then covered the cost to transport it.
I don't like to read long reviews and I certainly don't like to write them either. There are plenty of other experiences I could relate.
For my closing comments, I would suggest that you make this your last stop after visiting the other Tulsa area Hyundai dealers. They beat the other guys price by a fair margin and were so much nicer to work with

Yes. I was just looking at the 2013 Elantra and before I knew it, Dave Mathews had sold it to us. Great Salesman!!! But that was only the beginning. We had some financing issues (big time) and Chad Inman in Finance went way beyond the call and made sure that we got financing and got in our new car. WE LOVE REGIONAL HYUNDAI!

To buy the car I was served buy 2 awesome guys. The whole time working with Fred or Jason it felt like I wasn't looking for a car but mor like taking a guided tour of something I have never done! This was my first time to buy a car and it will be the first place I look next car
