We are extremely pleased with the 2015 Jeep Cherokee that we bought from Jay Feathers at Jim Norton Chevrolet. Jay is very courteous and professional. We worked out a deal that we could agree on, and went to the finance department where they usually want to add stuff on, but to our surprise, our payment was $24 a month lower with GAP insurance added. Thank you Jay Feathers and the whole crew at Jim Norton Chevrolet.
I have had my car serviced a couple times and each time I have been offered a loaner vehicle. I love the coffee shop area as well and the complimentary cookies they had. A great place to come bring your car for service.

Provided by SuperpagesWe felt very relaxed during our visits while looking at new vehicles. Our salesman Cody was very polite and professional. Cody seemed to be very knowledgeable about all the cars we drove and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He never tried to pressure us to make a deal even when we left for the day. Cody showed us as much respect a week after we purchased our car as he did the first time we met on the sales lot.

Each person I asked had nothing but very nice things to say about Todd at the Chevy dealer in Broken Arrow. I was so impressed with Todd, knowledgeable, kind and went into detail about what the problem was with my 4 wheel drive. What a great service department and management! They stayed late and finished my truck so I could keep on my work schedule. Love these guys!!
