Absolutely terrible customer service. They will not honor coupons that they have issued without adding restrictions that are not shown on the coupon. Two weeks in a row we received only half of our order and when questioned about it were told that we hadn't placed the order. The owner is rude and confrontational when customers complain about the service. We will not be ordering from them again.

I had heard good things about Avanti's Pizza in Medina, but I must say that the pizza and boneless wings I got at the Brockport location were not acceptable. The regular appearance of the pizza crust, the perfect pizza slice size, the texture of the dough and cheese all indicate that it was a frozen or out of the box pizza. I should have known better than to order boneless wings, but it sounded good. Perhaps I am wrong in my observations, but I've baked a few frozen pizza's and this sure tasted like one of those!
