Worst place to rent from. They call their selves helping out people with no credit when in fact they are robbing people of the hard earned money. They tell their tenants to take owner ship of the house when in fact they just want you to fix what evet problem it has when the oklahoma law says you can not fix anything in the house because you dont own it. The property manager as she calls herself will not let you meet or have the actual owners name or number so you can contact him. They are also selling the property so they can finance a new property. So if you rent from them you need to find out if you will have home.security or will the new owner kick you out. Better find some where else to live.
