        Overall

        I am unaware if you use people other than postal workers to deliver pkgs. A pkg was left on my top doorstep which blocked me from opening my storm door. It was a heavy pkg and would not budge. Fortunately my son could come after work to pick it up and bring it in for me. I am almost 83 years old and unable to lift and carry heavy pkgs around to my back door. What if I had a fire in the kitchen area and could not get to the back door...and could not get out of the front door because the pkg blocked my opening of the front door. Please inform your delivery people to use their common sense! DO NOT BLOCK MY GETTING OUT OF THE FRONT DOOR!!!

        I was waiting for my mail for over two hours sitting outside because my son wanted a package that I ordered and the mailman never came I can't believe I've been waiting out here for 2 hours and it is now 5 o'clock this is absurd
