Will never step foot in this place again! My adult son suffers from a mental illness and uncontrolled diabetes and I have taken him there twice so he could admitted for help. The first time they left him a room in the ER for 3 days. I understand they had to wait until a bed was open at a facility but in that time they checked on him 3 times, never once gave him food or the medications he needs including insulin. I was told he was not allowed his meds from home either. I brought him food and drinks from home for those 3 days. After the third day we ended up telling them that he was doing better and ready to go home and they released him. The second time he was taken there was a much quicker process but again never given any medications including insulin. The doctors both times were rude and condescending. I expected fair treatment for my son and what he received was far from that. Never again.

Absolutely the worst treatment ive ever had. Neglected ignored to the point where after 3 hours of being in an ER room and not seeing a doctor I left and went to a real hospital. Found out i had a septic infection and could've died.

I brought my daughter into the emergency room. Our nurse was friendly. However the lady doctor we had was RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I wouldn't recommend this place. The doctor needs to take a class on bedside manners! I won' t ever return to this place.

The first time I went in it was great. The second time I went in the doctor there was very rude and unempathetic. I can't remember her name but she was younger. I understand it can get stressful in an emergency room but they also have to realize that we may also be scared and not know what is going on. So, maybe next time be a little nicer.

The Woodland Health Center is no longer an "Urgent Care" facility.



I found this out the hard way. Last year, I thought my son's ankle was broken, and brought him to SJM Woodland. In the past, I brought my children here, and even came here myself for ear infections, strep, etc. because the Dr's office was not open.



I dodn't find out until X-rays were taken, and we were halfway thru the visit that SJM Woodland is now an Emergency Room.

Because of this, we ended up paying over $500 to have my son's ankle checked out, only to find that it was a sprain not a break.
