Paul Davis Restoration

Paul Davis was recommended to me by my insurance company after I had a small house fire. Working with them was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences. The cleaning was mediocre at best. There is still soot all over my home. I was told they could be hired to deal with all the rest of the damage from the fire such as painting and replacing my front door which was destroyed my the fire department. I am a single woman and not having a front door is a major safety issue. They came to give me an estimate, took measurements and told me they would call but never did. I asked them about the paining and they never called me back about that either. I called them many times to get these quotes and was given no information. Having a fire is extremely stressful and I thought having a full service restoration team would make it easier. They never got back to me on anything. They left me without a front door and kept leading me on for a quote for weeks. The one thing they did do in a timely fashion was send me a bill who they addressed to Mr. & Mrs. They never dealt with a Mr. in my home or on my policy but I guess they couldn't handle dealing with someone who is just a Ms. Every step of the way I felt lied to and disrespected by this company and would tell anyone who asked to never hire them for anything. They are sexist, rude and honestly not too good at their jobs.
