the worst service i have ever experienced in all of my adult life. my mortgage consultant tina made us feel like we were a nuisance any time we had questions. also, she would never answer her cell phone and that was the only # on her business card. when we would leave messages she wouldn't return the call for 2 to sometimes 3 days later. totally screened all of her calls. the whole process was so unprofessional that we will never use them ever again. also we were quoted a lock at 5.25% and we actually got stuck with 5.50% after we both told them that they verbally quoted us the lock at the better rate. they wouldn't do the right thing and buy it down for us. absolutely dispicable service. real amatuers!
