        Rent Increase EVERY MARCH 1. After 40 yrs of a pristine community
        Mgmt now embraces Political Correctness & "Empowerment", as such
        Rules & Standards are minimized. Pool Now needs Security Guards & a CC system to counter inner city Thugs. Public Water to be installed Feb/March 17 & sewer to follow. Within 3yrs Park will either be a Ghetto or Vacated for High $ Homes. Act Wisely !!!

        my children and i love it in green acres alot of friendly people my one complaint is that the rental land fee is way too expensive and they keep raising the rent here
