I called at 7:18 pm and @ 7:30 pm I am still on hold. I was calling to see what the store # was and get the 1-800 number. Adam answered the phone and said hold on and set the phone down. I can hear all conversation in the store. I had a complaint that on Saturday my debit card was used for 2 transactions when I only had one order and had the receipt for that one which I have since thrown away because I usually just enter into my checkbook and then throw the receipt away. I went to Wendy's in Breaux Bridge on Saturday after noon. I had been to Walmart with my son and grandson. We stopped @ Wendy's which is my usual ritual. Our order came to $10.49. We had a #4; junior bacon cheese burger; 5 nuggets, and family fries. When I checked the bag before leaving the window, the nuggets were not there and I had to ask for them. They looked at me like I was crazy(rude). They are the ones who made the mistake. Then on Monday when I reconciled my bank account I had an additional charge of $3.42 from the same store on the same day. Upon leaving Wendy's I immediately went home to eat our lil food. I didn't return to town that day. No one used my card. The store number in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana is #8154. The store manager is Joey Breaux and the District Manager in New Orleans, Louisiana is Steve Thomas. After being on hold for 17 minutes with the store I got a dial tone. I called back and Adam said one of the employees had misplaced the phone and he couldn't find it and when he did he is the one who hung up. Adam is and has always been very helpful and curteous to me and my son. I recommend him for a raise. He is very professional and patient with everyone.
