I signed up with their company for a Medical reimbursement account . I was laid off from my job and PBS shut off my account within 30 days of me being let go. I had put in $100 but hadn't had a chance to submit any prescription and Dr co pays in that time. They would only give me $30 of that $100 . I sent them an email and got a rude answer back. I want people to know how I was dealt with . I have used similar accounts before with other company's and always got my money . This is the first company that hasn't followed through on things !
