Laser Eye Surgery
I have had problems with my eye for a long time: infection, drainage, blurred vision. Dr. Mack did an eye surgery for me that resulted in no further injections or drainage. I am so happy with the results of his surgery. I recommend Dr. Mack for your future procedures or surgeries. He is very skilled at what he does. His bedside manner is comforting. He explains everything very well and is available afterwards if problems arise. His staff is so friendly that I was not afraid to go to surgery. God bless Dr. Mack and his staff. I am a happy patient.
Cataracts
My ophthalmologist had been telling me I needed the lid lift for a couple of years since my cataract surgery. He told me Dr. Mack was his best and only referral. Great choice for me. Everything about my surgery was near perfect. The office staff and Dr Mack’s assistants are all well qualified, caring and friendly. The hardest part was making my 6:30am appointment at the Brandon Surgery Center as I live in St. Petersburg and I am definitely not a morning person. Thank You Dr. Mack, I don’t know how I could have found anyone better to take care of me.

I recently had mohs surgery, followed by reconstruction done by Dr. Mueller. First, I would like to comment on Dr. Mueller’s extreme kindness and incredible surgical skills. I hadn’t seen how much damage the basal cell did to my face until 8 weeks after reconstruction, I had the courage to ask Dr. Mueller if I could see the picture of my face before he began his work. It made me cry. I could not believe the huge cavity from the outside corner of my right eye, extending under my eye, partial cheek and over my nose. It was horrific! Granted, I am still healing and seeing Dr. Mueller on a regular basis, but I have every confidence that one day, I will look like a real person again. Thank you, Dr. Mueller, forever!

Botox
Dysport® can be used to treat the dynamic lines from the contraction of facial muscles, but will not result in an improvement in lines caused by sun damage. Dysport® can be used to target the muscles that result in lines such as frown lines, lines between the eyebrows, and forehead lines, while allowing the untreated facial muscles to work normally. This will allow the patient to look natural and still be able to form normal facial expressions. Dysport® received FDA approval as a wrinkle treatment in 2009. Dysport® is similar to Botox Cosmetic, it may be potentially faster or longer lasting and may also spread farther from the injection site.
Brow Lift
As aging facial muscles and skin lose their tone, excess skin on the forehead follows the pull of gravity and crowds the eyebrows. Lacking the supple elasticity characteristic of youth, the heavy excess skin pushes the eyebrows lower over the eyelids, making the skin of the eyelids wrinkle, as well. Frowning causes additional lines that form between the eyebrows. With time, these frown lines can become quite noticeable, resulting in a perpetually angry or worried appearance. There is a natural tendency to use the forehead muscles to hold the eyebrows up so the brow and eyelid skin do not obscure vision, but this continual effort can cause deep furrows to form in the forehead. Dr. Mack performs the endoscopic brow lift to relieve patients of the deep furrows of skin in their foreheads, brows and eyelids. This surgery helps relieve the angry or worried appearance that results from frown lines that form between the eyebrows.
Eyelid Surgery
I needed upper eyelid surgery due to heavy lids and vision impairment. Dr. Mack and his wonderful staff led me through the process, from First Consult to Post Op Visits. I am extremely happy with the results!! Highly Recommend.

Face Lift
Hi Dr. Mack, I just wanted to let you know I am very satisfied with my facelift you performed June of this year, plus my upper and lower eyelids you did a couple of years ago.You took care in evaluating and educating me on the procedure I wanted done. After the surgery I had very little pain, bruising or swelling and you monitored my recovery almost everyday the first week and at least twice a week after that until I was completely healed. I would recommend you and your staff to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. You are a fantastic surgeon and you really care about the quality of work you do and the patient.

Skin Cancer
Do not miss an opportunity to be treated by the finest, most professional, kind plastic surgeon in the state of Florida... I had squamous skin cancer on my nose... after the removal of the affected area, Dr Mack and his team performed a skin graft on the area, taking some skin from my upper eyelid to close the wound. The surgery is a complete success... you cannot tell where the surgery was done... all I can say, is not only Dr Mack AND his team are the finest of the fine, I am absolutely, just a bit sad, that my time with Dr Mack, Miss Kristin and his team is done, I would “never” hesitate to call upon him for any other concerns I have! Lesions
Dr. Mack removed a lower eyelid lesion and 4 facial lesions. He is a skillful surgeon and all areas healed without any scars. He and his staff are caring and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the experience and the outcome.

Skin Care
Patients typically present to the Mack Center with concerns regarding their skin wrinkles, and loss of volume in the face. Patients who are good candidates for Dysport® would be patients who notice lines with movement or motion in the face. These are called dynamic wrinkles. Common areas would be the crow’s feet, glabella region (region between the eyebrows) and the forehead. Microdermabrasion
BOTOX® Cosmetic can certainly be used with other facial rejuvenation procedures such as chemical peels, dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, or facial cosmetic surgery.
