Custom Hair

At 30 years old I made my first human hair wig purchase at Custom Hair Brandon in 2016 & I have not used anyone else since! They are fantastic, especially Sandy at the Brandon location& Lori at the Tampa location. I recently visited the Brandon location because I wanted to purchase a new wig to replace my current wig. I was open to new styles, but I was worried about people noticing too big of a change since many people don’t even realize I wear a wig. I called the Brandon location & spoke to Sandy. She didn’t have my current wig in stock, but said she could order it if I wanted it. She also looked up my old ticket to see the style/color & found something similar she thought I would like. I came into the shop & she had the wig ready for me to try on. It looked great! I remember how nervous & stressed out I felt trying to choose a wig for the first time. Sandy knew what was going to look good on me and picked the perfect one! I only had to try on 2 wigs and ended up going with the one Sandy had chosen. I wore the wig to a party that night & no one noticed that it was a new wig, but they told me that my hair looked so pretty. This wig was a little more expensive than my current wig, but the cap is full lace and the texture of the hair is finer making it so much cooler on my head! Sandy even called the Tampa store for me to find out if they would be able to restore the color in my older wig so I could also use that on occasion. My hair condition is a side effect from a serious medical condition. I am undergoing medical treatment that requires me to have doctor appointments several times a week with multiple surgeries, which really makes me appreciate that Custom Hair is so convenient & easy to work with. Sandy is so patient, caring & willing to go the extra mile (like looking up my previous receipt & calling the Tampa store for me). It’s really nice that I can take my hair off my list of worries! I'm so glad I found Custom Hair. I highly recommend.

I am a 25 year old female with very thin hair. I met the women at Brandon Custom Hair about 6 years ago right before my Senior pictures. I was determined not to have thin hair for my yearbook. Sandy and Christine have changed my life. I have beautiful full hair now. I can do all the things that women with their own natural hair can do. No more worrying about the weather blowing my thin hair out of place...or getting caught in the rain. My hair is something I no longer stress out about.
