Took our daughter in for an exam for contacts. She had already been wearing contacts for over a year, before we went here. The dr. gave her a different brand then what she had been wearing. When she went back for the follow up, Told them that brand wasn't working out. We were told then the Dr. wouldn't give her that brand. Come to find out when we bought the contacts, they were yet another brand. We took the boxes back to the store and asked for the brand of contacts that she had before. We were told they would order the boxes and they would call when they came in to exchange the boxes out. We called on 2/29/16 and was told they were in, but she needed to make an appt. to see the dr. for a third time in order to exchange the boxes out, then we find out they never even ordered the boxes, just a trial pair to use for a week and then to be seen by the dr. a fourth time. Really? we aren't able to get a copy of the script to order somewhere else cause was told dr. won't release it.
