Banfield Pet Hospital

My dog was hurt when they brought him out back and when we called two days later to question his behavior we were treated like we were barbaric and that our animal is a monster. I am beyond upset. When he was puppy staff thought he was awesome, but when he became a dog they looked at him as a chore. When we went back for reassurance nothing was accomplished and the only thing we were looking for was empathy and reassurance that our dog was ok, not to place any blame. Mistakes happen. After two hours of no progression we went to the VCA and our pet was cared for with reassurance given and a treatment plane. Beware, sometimes you get what you pay for. Cheaper is not aways better. I would also give this place zero stars if allowed.



Also, everyone chose to pretend like nothing happened and just sweep it under the rug. I however am confident that my dog was harmed there and they way they responded was insane. I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from this place. They were always late by at least 20 minutes and we never got out within an hour.
