Dishonest, a flat out liar - just bad business.

After receiving a quote, decided to hire this alleged "company" to trim TWO trees in the front yard. Small / medium sized tree out front was trimmed, however they somehow missed the tree directly behind it (a tall palm tree, which would take a professional with the correct tools less than 5 minutes to trim). Called multiple times, to have him come back with excuse after excuse, to which he eventually recognized my wife's number, and stopped answering. Left multiple messages, and no return call. After over a week of leaving messages, we called him from my phone, and he answered on the first ring! Back peddling, excuse after excuse, I'll be there tomorrow, my "crew" will be just down the street...yada yada yada....No thanks bro. Called again while typing this as a last ditch effort, and here is a shocker - he didn't answer!

Use the payment to buy yourself more excuses, or perhaps a lesson on how to run a business. As far as I'm concerned this may be classified by the FSS as a "Civil Matter", but the fact that you did not complete the work you were hired to do, and paid for, means you stole from me and my family..

Having previously seen the performance of this company, I was confident that they could perform the tree trimming that I needed. I have a relatively large tree at my house that was becoming too big, so I hired Florida's Finest to do the job. Don and his team did an excellent job returning the tree to a manageable size with perfect shaping. Don discussed the trimming as work progressed and I appreciated his explanation of the cutting. I will use Florida's Finest again for this tree and others in my yard. I highly recommend Florida's Finest Tree and Lawn Service.
