Exclusive Floors And More

This company does business as Exclusive Kitchens and More. They get high marks for inferred capability but low marks for implementation. They talk about custom cabinets, but sold us standard cabinets ordered from a catalog. The cabinets did not fit the profile on the floor, so a part of the floor had to be retiled. The countertops were bought from and installed by a competitor, even though they call themselves fabricators. The job started on June 1 & was completed on June 29. Sub-contractors and casual labor people were on the job only 10 days, including Sat & Sun work. When I pointed out problems, the senior manager told me he had installed hundreds of kitchens, and since I had installed only 1, I had no basis for comment. He also told me I was happy only when complaining. We had no kitchen water or ice from June 3 until June 28. We paid $2,000 more than another quote for a quite similar design because we were promised a seamless and professional installation with minimal interruption. They were prompt only in demanding payment. This was my worst experience with a home improvement project.
