Blue Environmental

Blue Septic pumped out half of the tank. They did NOT remove the second access cap nor did they pump that half out. I complained. They refused to help without possible further fees. Now our toilets are backing up two weeks later. Very disappointing company. However one can NOT help be impressed with their phone people who will Razzle/Dazzle you with excuses as to why their field workers fail to perform their jobs !
