Real Stone & Granite Corp

We recently had granite counter tops, back splash, and window sills installed by Real Stone. We went with a 3CM thickness and the material was very high in quality. This is where the good ends and bad begins. Prior to our install we had our cabinets refaced which may have been a mistake however after the 5 hour installation process was complete I surveyed the install and noticed several large nicks in our cabinetry, I was told that I created those nicks and not the installers. Afterwards, I called Real Stone and they sent out a 'head manager' who gave me the run around on some of the other installation defects (larger cuts in the walls where granite was installed, uneven cut lines, and other cosmetic damage to our cabinets and new stove. I asked for a small percentage back to have the damages replaced and was sternly told that the damages were my fault and were there before the install took place. *Note* After the granite install was finished I heard the workers taking photos of the kitchen, I thought it was to showcase their work when in reality they were making it seem like the damage to the cabinets was already there.
