We wanted to write and thank you for the physical therapy care you provided Marlette and I for 14 months starting in January 2013.



Our lives were considerably altered on October 19, 2012 when we were rear-ended, resulting in significant injury to both of us.



Initially, we were referred to another chiropractic office in Boynton Beach. Since we had previously experienced good chiropractic care while living in Colorado, we recognized right away that this was not the level of treatment we needed. Our doctor’s office then referred us to Mote Wellness & Rehab in Boynton Beach.



We knew immediately that we were in good hands. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The office staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The therapists were knowledgeable, professional, caring and gentle, continuously challenging us forward to achieve the most from our therapy.



Dr. Mote stayed engaged and monitored our progress along the way. In our case, he noticed that we were having more difficulty and pain than we should. He recommended we see another specialist that resulted in a further MRI being done revealing the source of the problem for Marlette to be in her hip. A MRI revealed that I had a torn rotator cuff, which was the source of much of the pain in my neck and shoulder.



We could not be more pleased with the total experience we had from Mote Wellness & Rehab.



Unfortunately we moved further north just prior to me having rotator cuff surgery. The distance to drive and continue with Mote Wellness & Rehab was no longer feasible. I had to continue rehab of my shoulder at another facility. I can say the level of care is just not what we received at Mote Wellness & Rehab.



Thank you Dr. Mote and staff for taking such splendid care of us.



We encourage anyone who desires top-level physical therapy to go to Mote Wellness & Rehab.
