        “WARNING”
        He happily accepted $28,000 cash for work he did with the promise of finishing my patio the following spring. After many calls and promises, spring, summer, and fall have come and gone. Recently, I called him three times and each time he promised to come over. True to his character, he never showed up or did he the have politeness of a return phone call. When it comes to keeping his word, his dependability, and trust is nonexistence especially after he has your money.

        Can I recommend this person? Of coarse “NOT“….
