Mrs. Walton and staff were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I ordered a Family Trust package and my work was completed quickly with attention to detail. They took care of County filing and have always updated changes without hesitation. I highly recommend this office!

Terrible and dishonest. We paid them to take care of a deed for our timeshare condo. They completed the task but then only sent 1/2 of the paperwork to get the timeshare notified completely. When I asked for all the relevant copies they said they would have to charge me, for what we had already paid them for. I'm not really sure if withholding paperwork from a client that paid for them is legal, but I'm going to be finding out. I would not recommend this lawyer for anything related to wills, trusts or property deeds.

My Mother and Father hired Robin Walton of Rowe and Walton to draft their Trust for our family. There were no problems with the drafting of the trust or with the way it was put together. The problems came when the trustee, my brother, tried to take care of the details of the trust. Robin Walton would not allow anyone else in her office with my brother. We understand privacy regulations and the responsibility an attorney has, but my brother requested I come in with him as he has trouble hearing, and I was not allowed in. The written instructions given by Robin were confusing and at times illegible. Some of my parent's investments were left off of the "To Do List", which required, five years after their deaths, many phone calls, letters and another trip to Robin for a certified letter stating my brother was trustee. She refused to give him a letter until she had a current statement from the investment company which they could not give us until they had the letter. The investment company we were dealing with, during one of our phone conversations, realized that we lived in Utah and Utah does not need require the letter which I feel Robin should have known. Our experience was very frustrating. We did not feel we were listened to and some of her instructions were incorrect. We paid upfront for an hour's worth of her time and was there for twenty minutes. I did call to talk to Robin to express our concerns and disappointments, but could only talk to the secretary who would pass my concerns on to Robin. I never heard anything back from them.
