Great experience. Staff are so easy to work with and they acctually do what they say they will do!!! Thanks for making my buying experience fast and easy. Also thanks for taking the time to teach my wife how to use and operate her bluetooth stereo.

I will never go here again I went to have a navigation system put in was told it wouldn't work which is fine but when they put my original stereo back in they broke the clip to the Fran and the frame around the stereo when I called to have them fix it they said they would but it would take two hours for something that should only take 2 minutes. So I went on YouTube and fixed it my self. I would never recommend this place ever!!!

I purchased a system from them and I absolutely love what they did. I have never been happier with a sound system. Josh worked with me on it 100% I recommend anyone who asks me. A friend of mine got her tinting done from them and loves it!!! DC Customs ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had speakers installed last week. My car rattled after, I folded down my back seat and my 1/4 panels fell off.

I returned to have them reattach the panels.

Josh was rude and told me that he had over 2 hours ahead of me before he did anything.

This is not acceptable for a 5 minute fix, I argued with Josh for longer than the fix.

I went home and fixed it myself.

Thy broke 2 panel clips and failed to attach 4 out of 6 metal top clips.

I recommend another shop or just do it yourself.
