Everything was great! Keep this locally owned and run family business on your list! I had a new and running wonderfully furnace ( in cold weather) in less than 24 hours.

Thought our AC was dead. Turns out it was just a broken wire. These guys could have told us the fix was $10,000 instead it was under $80. I'm grateful for their honesty. Our AC works great and we can save our money. Thanks Craigs!

My dad is elderly and can't stand the cold temps. I called Craig's for service on his furnace and explained the problem to them. They sent someone out same-day! They fixed the problem and we signed him up for a service agreement where they come back in the spring and check his air conditioner. This just takes one more thing off my shoulders knowing my dad's comfort is met. Thanks Craigs!
