        Overall

        Who ever was wokring 6/16/2014 at closing time around 8:55 I called and the medicine my father needed was urgent, i explained to her that he is not allowed to drive and that i just got off of work. Now when i said can you please wait for us to get there we are 10mins away and he will become very unstable tomorrow if he doesnt have his medication. Who ever the woman that was working or answered the phone was very rude and nasty and told us, "Well you have 5 minutes or im closing so best of luck". How is that in ANY way doing whats best for the customer. That is unprofressional and straight out rude to say to another human being when you are a doctor and you do your best to service people. All she had to say was im sorry but we cannot stay open past 9pm and if you want.....etc
