The MET Ossicular Stimulator is designed for use by adults, age 18 years and older, with moderate to severe sensorineural hearing loss, who are seeking an alternative to hearing aids. The company maintains headquarters in Boulder, Colo., and its European operations are based in Mougins, France and Heidelberg, Germany. Otologics is ISO certified, and received the CE Mark for the MET Ossicular Stimulator in July 2001. The company was founded in 1996 but its technology is based on more than 30 years of research.
