i purchased pc tools registry mechanic, and it was a decent program, but i have found better for me. when i try to remove pc tools programs from my computer, it will not let me! its like they purpously make it impossible to remove, so as to try and force you to keep it, and it interrupts other programs, and when i attempt to contact them, that is another almost impossible feat. i had to actually look thier number up via yellowpages, because thier website doesn't have much contact info, and what they do have, runs you around in circles. this is a terrible co. to deal with it seems, and no matter how good a product may, or may not be, it is not worth the hassle dealing with such bs. all i want to do is remove this from my computer, and feel like im being strongarmed into keeping it, i think one would almost even suggest being extorted when dealing with pc tools. what a horrible ordeal, and i vow never to buy another thing from this co.
