Overall

My son was scheduled for a check up and and dr. beck decided to change the procedule from "post check" to an "exam" without advising his billing reps if its an extra cost.

well...for 2 minutes of "no, we are just going to leave the tooth and here are some referrals to an orthodontist" the billing charged us $61.

I called Kathy-their manager of 22 years, to despute the charge, she was very defensive and when i kept adivsing her that they should have advised before they changed the procedure she said "i'm done with this.."

I left dr. becks because of their poor customer service and he is just not very thorough and now my husband and my son will not be going there again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ....EVER!!!!!

Overall
worst experience ever

The building looks nice but this place will leave you terrified. I used to not mind going to the dentist as I had almost always had good results and doctors. I switched to wildwood due to a move and the first time I went in the doctor used a needle to numb the area and hit a nerve or something and it felt like someone poured acid on my face. It hurt so bad I immediately freaked out in pain. He said are you ok. I was like whaaat the!!! After that experience I was like ok maybe it was a one time thing. I went back in a few months later for a filling and Dr kim didn't do the filling correctly and left composite between my teeth. Anytime I chewed gum it would cling onto the filling and my gum would bleed due to food getting stuck and irritation. I went back in to have her correct it and she got rid of the rough edges left from her previous work except now close to 4 months later my gum still bleeds and on bad days I get a stinging pain near my jaw and ear where the filling was made. The receptionists are very rude too. They have this our way or highway mentality so I decided to hit the highway and leave this dump behind . The only good reviews are probably from people who get free teeth whitening pens if they leave reviews. I'd rather not get the pen and tell the truth about my experience. My parents also left this clinic due to bad results. I called to cancel my appointment 2 days before the date of and the receptionist tell me I gave to notify them 7 days in advance. Funny thing is I made my appointment only 3 days before I decided to cancel. She said she'd going to charge me 50 dollars if I don't go in. Guess what, I'd rather pay 50 bucks than go back to this house of horrors. With Halloween coming up its the perfect place to trick or treat as it's scary as can be.

Overall
Fantastic dentist and office

The staff are always very nice. Everyone goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, which helps me a lot because I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists in the past.

The dentist makes sure I'm completely numb with novocaine before doing any work, and even stops part way through to give me more if I'm uncomfortable. They gave me head phones to block out the sounds, too, which was very thoughtful. They also provide nitrous at no extra cost if you're a nervous patient like me.

Highly recommend.
