Kastlebridge

I contracted with Kastlebridge to rebuild my front window. I provided them with a deposit for $1,976. He agreed to begin work December 5, 2016. He did not show, has not responded to e-mail, text, calls and letters. I have requested a full refund of my deposit.
I filed a claim with Small Claims Court and, later, a complaint with the BBB. Prior to my Small Claims date, BBB was able to get my deposit back. By returning my deposit Kastlebridge has evaded additional costs and time related to a small claims action. Still, there is no denying that they did not meet their obligations regarding doing work on my unit.
