This place is a nightmare. My friend booked this place for a ride to Logan Airport at 4:45am. They showed up at 4:40am, but when he went outside at 4:45am, they had DITCHED him with no further notification.There is no MBTA service at this hour, so I had to give him a ride or he would have missed his flight.

The person I talked to was not only rude but also hung up on me.

dispatch is rude, the cab smells, driver smell and the meter fix! something have to be done
