        Overall

        No better place to get help and advice. My whole family exclusively use these guys. We enjoy the wide selection of juices. Sour diesel is the group favorite. Matt and the guys are friendly and suoer knowledgeable.

        Used to love The HotBox, but the past 2 visits, my juice has been horrible, the consistency of matching the flavors is hit or miss, I honestly believe that I have not gotten what I paid for taste wise in 2months now. And customer service has gone out the window, I don't understand why vape shops are all turning snooty, but the reason I did once enjoy this establishment is out the window. I would not recommend this place to anyone, something is seriously wrong with the juice they are selling, it tastes old, and burnt. Why would you spend money on a flavor that they can't even get right. The mixologist there needs some lessons.
