If there was a minus 1-star category, this company would certainly qualify for that rating. They are not an honorable company with zero integrity. My) wife and I had an experience, in the 1-year that we leased through this company that 1 maintenance request (for a water leak) taking multiple maintenance requests and 3 months to stop the leak. Having read many reviews on this company on many different sites, it is clear that they take advantage of lessees when the lease is over. They will keep your security deposit refund on bogus reasons, and you don't stand a chance of getting your $. Do not lease through this company, or you will regret it.
