        More dollars than sense? Or just shoddy business practices??

        Friday 11/13 took 2 dogs. Paid $150 when used to pay $130. Confused but ok with it. Tipped still. Spanish only speaking groomer was difficult to communicate with but every other time we’ve been there had been happy with results.

        Called for new appt and given one for 12/16. After we advise of issue with money. Vilma asked if we were sure we really wanted to continue to go to them. We said yes of course just confused wasn’t sure if prices went up or what.
        Friday prior to appt, Received call to cancel saying our groomer was in bad car accident and could not accommodate us. Would call us back. When they could. No call. We called 12/27 lmovm no response.
