Dealers Choice Complete Car Care Center

This place has mechanics who are incompetent. They charge a boatload for labor, and if they don’t fix the problem they try to charge you more labor to fix it the right way. STAY AWAY from this place. They will steal from you and rob you blind!

I had the same experience as a previous poster. AAA called Dealers Choice to take my vehicle to another auto repair shop. Upon arrival the tow driver told me he didn't trust that place and that they'd be much more expensive. I have had a bad experience already trying to fix my car that I just wanted someone reputable to get it done. I told the driver to go ahead and take it to Dealers Choice because it was AAA recommended. So as the driver pulled out I checked out a couple of sites including this one and read all the bad reviews on the place. I then called Dealers Choice to have the driver take the car to the original destination. He said the tow driver was there, the tow had already been cleared out (whatever that means) and I'd have to call AAA. So I called AAA and explained the situation. The AAA agent said they'd call them. So I waited & waited & waited. It took a long time but the agent said he'd called and had to have his supervisor call them to get the vehicle taken to the original destination. I can't believe they even gave AAA a hassle. I'm just glad I read the posts or they might have taken me for much more by servicing my vehicle!

This was one of my worst experiances with a car repair shop I have ever seen. I went in because my car wasnt starting, I thought it was the starter. They told me it was the battery and charged me $45 for diagnostics and tried to charge me $250 to change my battery. I refused to get the battery and they engaged in a shouting match with me telling me im worng and that I will regret it. I went to Advanced Auto parts for another opinion. My battery was fine and my clamps just needed replacement. It cost me $12 to fix my car instead of $300. These people are crooks. Never do business with them!

This tow company is unethical. AAA customers call for a tow service. dealerchoice is sent out. The AAA customer has give to AAA the address of the repair service they want THEIR car to be towed to. The tow driver will tell them THAT IS A BAD COMPANY . WE TOW CARS OUT OF THERE ALL THE TIME. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. YOU SHOULD TAKE IT TO DEALERSCHOICE. Excuse me the AAA customer has requested where they want to go. STOP THE LIES AND LET THE CUSTOMER GO WHERE THEY REQUESTED TO GO. Can you believe how UNETHICAL they are???? NEVER use dealerchoice repair service. They are the ones with the BAD service and the BAD reputation and LIE to the customers.
