American Family Insurance - Carol McCadd Agency

Had an appointment today at 3:30 p.m., arrived at 3:00 p.m., about 20 minutes later a co-worker told me he didn't think Carol McCadd was coming back and he called her.

Then I'm told she wont be in for another two hours. She had every opportunity to call me and let the office know. Instead I wasted my time driving to the office and waiting 20 minutes because she couldn't be a professional and call me or have her office to call me.

I will never do business with some like that, shame on her for be unprofessional and leaving a customer hanging.
