Saint Luke's Regional Medical Center

My complaint is with the Infusion center at the Meridian St Lukes. After twenty years of infusions this is by far the worst one. They dont offer a drink or snacks. Which is expecially bad when you wait a minimum of an hour for them to start you infusion and then anouther hour or two for it to go in. I have never had to wait so long just for a pharmacy to send up a drug at any other center. I called to voice my opinion and the infusion manager doent even have to courtesy call me back. I did complain at the complaint department and got a big story of procedure.Agin I say twenty years 12 different infusion centers. I know that things could run much smother for a fact.
