Rude, in-your-face, stupid desk wench calls up says she wants to negotiate a debt. I tell her, yes its mine and I'd like to pay it in full in a month in a half when I get paid. She says well I can't do that. I reply, yes you can, you can do anything you want, what you really mean is you won't. She replys, I'm going to take this to small claims court. I say, Go for it, I'm out of the country for a month and a half, which is when I offered to pay you. She can't get a default judgement because I won't be here to be served - duh. I offered to pay in full, she refused. Bennett Law rating 1/2 star out of 5. Poor communication, lack understanding, shallow in character. How they got through law school is a mystery.
