I visited here this past summe...

I visited here this past summer. As the other comment posts, the office was beautiful and the staff at the front desk was very nice. I did not know about the lawsuits at the time, but I went in for a chipped tooth that had obvious decay. I had no pain at the time. I was informed (although I haven't had a single filling in my adult life) that I had 11 cavities in between my teeth, that I needed a filling in the chipped tooth, and that I should get my wisdom teeth removed immediately.

So, I set-up an appointment for the following week to receive a filling. I went in and was asked about my "poor hygiene and soda intake." I haven't had a soda since 2010, and I keep a very balanced diet. I was then told that the filling I came in to receive may turn into a root canal while the dentist was working on the tooth…. ? So, I said, no thanks, I can't afford that, let's just do one of the other fillings.

Two weeks later, there was a lot of sensitivity in that area. I actually moved so I didn't get a chance to go back to that dentist. Last week I had such severe pain from cold air and water that I went to my new dentist here. I was told that I DID NOT have 11 cavities, and that the filling I was given could have possibly damaged a nerve. Awesome. I also do not need my wisdom teeth removed. Needless to say, I was very upset for being deceived in such a way, and knowing that I could have had unneeded holes drilled into my healthy teeth.

Absolutely horrible!

I had went here last month, and even though my hygienist and the office staff were very nice, the dentist I saw was awful. I was informed that I had to have 7 cavities filled, so like any person, wanted to get them out of the way. Now, being as though I had not been to the dentist in about three years, I had anticipated having some cavities. Anyhow, I had went the next day to get some of my fillings done, and it was awful. The dentist I had, laid me completely flat, so much that my back hurt afterwards. Then, she was AWFUL at giving novacaine, as she did not use the proper technique in administrating it. Then, she began drilling before I was even numb. It took until I started to cry that she finally gave me more novacaine. I have never cried in a dentist's chair in my life. Then, she kept getting angry with me because I was producing saliva, and had to do one of the cavities again. She also had all of her fingers pulling my cheeks in all different directions. She also got some kind of contraption stuck on my tooth and was asking for dental scissors when trying to get it off. Oh, and by the way, this was only the first day; I then had to go back for two more to be filled the next day, and she did the same things again. Needless to say, my mouth was so sore, even for two weeks after. Now, my teeth are majorly sensitive, even though I use Sensodyne. My top tooth, I think, has nerve damage or needs a root canal because it wasn't properly filled, or something. Also, if I floss on the bottom back tooth, where she told me my worst cavity was, it hurts really bad and is really sensitive.
I will not return to this dentist whatsoever and I advise newcomers to cancel their appointments, and go somewhere else!
