        After 18 plumbers were called with only 3 submitting written proposals per our operational standards, only Varsity won, but they won in a huge way: they excelled in every single area: detail of proposal, licensure, communications quality, pro-active scheduling & updates, quality of work, team professionalism on site (truly, clean despite the normally dirty plumbing work), explanation on site afterwards, speed & quality of another separate job request, and overall stellar replies to every inquiry. Top notch, totally impressed, we are very thankful to have Varsity on our side.
