        Overall

        Very bad service.

        1 st time: Received a gouge in the back of my head that took a few weeks to grow out.

        2nd visit: she spent less than 3 minutes on my hair. It took 15 minutes at home with my own tools to clean up the mess.

        I was herded through like cattle, she was standing at the register before I could even get up and get a look in the mirror.

        I would give this place 1 star. Really bad hair cut. Long wait times. Staff need to be re-trained! Worst place to get a hair cut ever!!!!

        If I could give it a 1/2 star ...

        If I could give it a 1/2 star I would - friendly staff but the worst haircut I have ever received that I paid for. I didn't complain instead I said thank you - now I may just shave my head and start over.
