They did the septic inspection on my client's listing and found that the system needed significant work. They not only were able to do the work quickly and save the homeowner (my client) some money in the process, but they stayed in close communication with the county to help the permitting process move quickly, playing a critical role in getting the sale to close on time!

At one point I happened to be awake at 2 AM when Dylan texted me, apologizing for "bothering" me but asking for some information so he could get things done on an accelerated schedule. I told him he was not bothering me, he was exceeding my expectations! Realtors and local lenders often work nights and weekends to keep things on track; in this case Dylan Stewart was fully a member of the team!

They have the worst service, communication, and professionalism. They replaced our tank and what should have been a 3-5 day project took 3 1/2 months. Our tank failed county inspection three times and on three occasions I came home to raw sewage in our yard. There were periods throughout the three months where they didn't show up to do any work for a week and a half at a time. There was little to no communication as to the progress and every time I called, my messages we left unanswered. Lastly our yard drops off in several places where the work was done. Come Spring we will have to fix our yard from all the damage done to our property. Terrible business ethics.
