I contacted Michael with Poolman (through his other company, Swim Center) telling him about my frustrations getting a quote on a liner. He came out end of April and said it would be no problem getting the water drained, getting a liner ordered and getting it installed. Timeframe was to be about 3 weeks to get the order in... and then he said they could install it the following week. (4 weeks total). Ordered 4/28/17. Installed and ready to go on 7/7/2017. Almost 10 weeks. During that 10 weeks, Michael was slow to respond to voicemails and text messages and gave me no information on why it was taking so long, what had happened and when to expect completion. The liner looks good, but the frustration, lack of communication and the lost month and a half of summer time swimming with my kids... with no offer of discount and no attempt to make things right makes me wish I had never chosen Pool Man to do the job. I am extremely disappointed and would not use their services again.

I have contacted this company 3 or 4 times last year and 1 time this year to fix the light and to stretch the liner in our pool. Each time I was told that they would be there tomorrow or next week. Well I am still waiting for them to show up. They have not even had the courtesy to call. If you are needing pool work done in a timely manner I wouldn't suggest this company.
