By far the WORST KFC EVER. I've gone to this KFC several times thinking maybe the staff has changed or someone with a brain may have taken over since my last visit...but no luck. This visit just threw me over the edge. After waiting 17 minutes in drive thru with a 2 yr old, half my food is cold, the other half warm. These people forgot several things I already ordered and paid for, so the convenience of a drive thru doesn't exist anymore when I have to drag my toddler out of her seat to go inside after already waiting nearly 20 minutes for what is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant. When I walk in its another 3 minutes before anyone even approaches me. There was no apology, barely any words even spoken to me. All I would expect is for the employees who are hired to DO THEIR JOB. I'm really not asking for anything extraordinary. Every experience I've ever had at this KFC has been incredibly frustrating. They really should do us all a favor and just close the place. Ridiculous.
